3D printed replacement chassis set for the Tenth Technology Predator XK98.

The front and rear bulkheads are replaceable, and interlock into the chassis, a bit like Lego, with the screws used to clamp everything together. This also increases stiffness whilst reducing the load on the screws, so less are required.

The floor of the chassis is thicker to achieve the required stiffness, but the motor mount and cell areas are recessed back down to the original height. The chassis will accept the original 4 screw motor mount and the later design that attaches with 2 screws from underneath.

The front shock posts are angled and include a metal M3 insert instead of tapping into plastic. The holes underneath the chassis are filled with plugs to keep the dirt and moisture out. These can be pushed out to allow replacement of a damaged insert if needed.
